| extended essay...I want to speak of you no more. I am so through with you. except for the formatting and abstract and table of contents/works cited, etc, I am so through!!! yeah!!! this overwhelming happiness has driven me to update this thing for the first time all summer. lol wow, I feel so......hungry right now...ugh. So I talked to Mrs. Zembower on her cell phone this evening to discuss this amazing paper that I just finished (the first time I've spoken with my mentor since school got out), which was sufficiently awkward enough, and then she happens to let slip that I'm in her TOK class. heavens to betsy, I feel so sorry for the author of that Zen book. His whole philosophical concept of life will now be twisted into some sick literary analysis of the significance of motocylce parts. how I look forward to this.
anway, on a brighter note, I recently got back from the scintillating city of New York and simply slendid detour to Boston to visit colleges. twas awesome and I had an amazing time and took even more amazing pictures of..actually mostly buildings. Once I learn how to use one of those photo hosting sites, I will post a link on here so all may see how well I've put my beautiful digital camera to use (I'm still very excited about the Big Switch from disposible).
This summer has gone by soooooo fast! I feel like i just got out of school like 2 weeks ago or something. It's been busy too I guess, with all this homework and summer school and harry potter extravaganzas and vacations and pool parties and fun times with my best friends and such. Ahh....that college stuff is getting to me...the other day my mom handed me an application to some place and told me to fill it out when I got the chance. "When I get the chance???" I stared dumbfounded into my mother's overbearing eyes. college applications aren't things you just fill out in your spare time. I shouldn't be doing this for another few years yet. granted, I seriously did mature a little in some odd way when I went on my urban vacation, but not enough to convince myself I'm ready to just like move off and learn crap by myself and get a job or something. this is outrageous, and I am exhausted. two nights in a row of what looks to be 3:00 bedtimes is confusing to whatever part of my brain is regulating hunger at this hour. this is a semi-long entry anyway to make up for 1 year of lost time. enjoy, my friends, and perhaps someone may take me shopping with them sometime before school starts because right now it's lookin like my mother dearest wants me traipsing around in the nude since i have no clothes. much love.

| WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OTHER TAMALE?!?!?!?! ahhhh!!!! lol, it is lost in another luggage...which we left outside in the driveway...ah, poor rejected tamale...if you're wondering, my grandparents came back from Panama and had 4 luggages with them, one of which housed a few packages of tamales. My grandma is counting the tamales she has from another luggage and is like...whoa, what happened to the others?! It turns out we forgot to take the biggest luggage inside the house that had the rest of the tamales in it. It got left outside in the driveway. lol, it was hilarious. A big commotion over a few tamales. whatever. But they did bring my sisters and I some new pajamas, flip flops, clothes, pillows, underwear, and a cute ring!!! I'm so excited!!! We have foreign lingerie!!! hehe jk. I'm on a sugar rush about now.
Well....I decided I'm going to take up the drums again if anyone wanted to know. I've been practicing to every song that comes on the radio, but it gets more difficult the more ghetto-er the songs, if that's a word, because the drummer in ghetto songs usually does like...really ghetto awesome drum beats that I can't keep up with. At times I think I should just stick with bellydancing, but the vision of my rockstar debut when I'm 80-that's about the time I'm gonna figure the drums out-keeps me motivated. Anyone wanna be in my band with me? It'd be wicked fun!! hehe
well, according to Amanda's live journal, which I finally figured out how to get to, thank you AT,...it's SO cute!!...yeah, apparently you can exchange jeans at American Eagle that have been worn out. Well, I busted a hole in the butt of mine kinda, so I wonder if I can exchange them. Would they give me a bigger size too? I mean, what if you outgrow and rip them? I did that to another pair of my jeans. They were a little tight, but most of my jeans are in the thighs and butt anyway, so I thought nothing of it. Well, I was jumping up and down and leaping around my room like an idiot and all of the sudden...RRRRRIIIIIIPPPPPPP....yup...they busted right down the center...so my mom fixed them, but advised me not to go out in public with them anymore. And, she got mad at me for eating too much so my jeans don't fit anymore. I tell her I'm a growing girl that needs all the cookies I can get before I get to old and haggish to enjoy such delicacies...yeah...psh...mothers.
Oh my goodness, speaking of food, the other day our family came out of Costcos with 3 full shopping carts of food!!! 3!!! lol, we have no place to put half the crap we got, and our freezer is so full that you can't even see the light when you open the door anymore! lol, man, so now we actually have something to eat around this house...like a 6 pound box of Ghiradelli triple chocolate brownie mix!!! hehehe, now that's food! wow, ok, I think I'll go watch the Dead Zone until I can calm down enough to go to bed. If you have never heard of the Dead Zone, it's awesome. Not as good as Alias, but cool. Go watch it. goodnight!! oh, yes, Amanda, if you read this, i'm kinda commenting on your live journal entries in my xanga entries because I don't have a live journal account...so i don't think I can comment like ON your live journal since you can't on xanga, if that made any sense. But if there's any way to beat the system, tell me about it. I miss you, my esp twin sister!!! We need to go to stonebriar together and get that dang Coach purse!!!! lol
| oh, shame, shame on me! I have devoured the world's largest cinnimon roll, but alas, not alone. My fat sister stuck her giant mouth into the deal as well. Now, this cinnimon roll, quite tasty I might add, used to belong to my dear father, but currently resides in the bellies of me and my sister. My mother found out and was quite angry with the both of us, thus forcing us to make up for our shameful deed. We are to make a bundt for him. I'm not too disappointed since it's a fudge cake. We're thinking of sticking our apology note inside the cake while it's baking so that when he goes in for a bite he sees the letter perched on his fork. I dunno if that's going to work...wasn't my idea. right, well, if this is to be done before dinner then i guess i need to get started...at least i'm ensured dessert tonight! | | |
| well, i have not updated for a while, huh? I'm not going to bore you with strange details of my lovely summer "vacation" so far...(I'm still kinda waiting for the vacation part to kick in sometime...)...and besides, I have a beautiful cinnimon scone with my name on it in the kitchen. So, Happy birthday to my sister Amanda on the 19th and to Nicole Curtis on uh, today, and happy father's day to all of you out there who call yourself a father. I HAVE ARABIAN PILLOWS NOW!!!!!!!!!!!! ahhhhhh! they're SOOOOO awesome!!! hehehe, I just lay them all out on my bed and pretend I am a ♥bellydancing arabian princess♥. Life is good. okay, the telephone rang and I feel the need to eat. have a lovely day everyone! | | |
| hmm...i need to update since last week! hehe ok, nothing happened on Saturday.
Sunday-FIRST LIFE TEEN MASS OF THE SEMESTER!! wow, that was fun. And, we now have a awesome dummer in the band, so it sounds a lot cooler. My eyes were on that drumset pretty much the whole time!! very nice.
Moday- a day...uh...don't remember a thing. sorry...
Tuesday-b day...I like B days. well, let's see, we got the instructions for our math project, which I still haven't started on...
Wednesday-a day...SMALLVILLE!!! yea-awesome show! and lol Teresa Jones, one of the top suggested chiropractors by drill team folks. At field practice for debs that morning, Amanda Story was like, "you guys, if you're still sore, you should go see a chiropractor" and everyone starts talking about their chiropractoring experiences and naming off a couple, and all I remember is the Teresa Jones lady. Apparently there's another one, a guy who's really really hot. Who knows. And, then Amanda's like "yeah, they de-bug you!" and Rachel's like "that's what I do to my computer!" lol they said that if you hold these things in your hand it sucks all the bad thoughts outta you and another thing you hold gives you a bunch of good vibes. lol, I was cracking up about the sucking all the bad vibes out of you. I'm sorry-that's weird.
Thursday- September 11th. wow, and it was raining. It was kind of a sad day. Everyone was thinking about September 11th a couple years ago and it just seemed that a lot of people were in the "reflective mood" that day. yeah, it was depressing. ok, a more happy thot...
Friday!! yEaH! awesome day. btw-anyone wanna buy some Mary Kay? If you have the slightest inclination to, please contact me. Their stuff smells really good! I'm telling you-it's a worthwhile investment. anyways, we got a seating chart in Spanish!!! no!! But, Jenni and Amanda and I are still all sitting together, and I don't have my secretary job anymore. oh well. how dissappointing. Pep Rally!!! hehe, it was fun. Allison-he's cute, but i dunno. have a backup just in case. oh, yeah, the baseball game! OPA!!!! omg, that was fun. I never ONCE watched the game. I'm not even kidding. It took a few of us well into the 5th inning to figure out which team was the Rangers. lol, I had fun. I mean, Allison and Angelica were the only ones who knew what the heck was going on anyway. I've never seen a full baseball game personally, and it's kinda confusing. Like, they have so many people out there at once, when all they really need are 2. One with a bat and one with a ball. I think I'll look up some stuff about baseball so I'll know what going on next time there's a game. But, it was a great Trio Reunion though!! hehe good times.
Today~umm...I think my dad's taking my sis and I to get our nails done...lol what a fun job for a dad. And then there's the DeSoto game that lasts for a freakin long time. Then, north's homecoming. I'm still wondering how to do my hair if I can't find that baby's breath stuff Allison suggested. Well, I guess it won't really matter. I'm getting dressed and applying make-up in the car on the way over there anyway. lol wow-beatifulness really. Then, I think I'm going to the movies, but I dunno. have to check on that. pretty fun day, I must say. ok, gtg take a shower!!
